Size chart made me order wrong bra size and refund policy was not clear
Their size chart is intentionally misleading too. The formula they use makes you pick a cup size that is 4 letters bigger than what you actually need. So I got a bra that doesn't fit at all.
They offered a replacement but I have to pay to ship it to me, which is almost half of what I already paid for the product. Lost $15.99 on this whole thing.
Ordered bras with special support strips, got cheap ones instead
The bras I got are completely different. They don’t have those support layers at all. The construction is nothing like the pictures. It’s just poor, poor quality. I feel like I got scammed.
I contacted their customer service at [email protected] about it. They said the best they could do was give me 20% off a new purchase. That’s no help. I paid over $54 for the product that was advertised, not for this cheap version they sent me.
