Bought a suit online and never got it

I purchased a men's suit from their website and never received an email confirmation or the product. I went back to their website and emailed them for help with the order number and tried to call the phone number but was not able to get a hold of anyone. Now when I go to their website there's no contact information on the website. I'm out $90 and have no suit.

Paid $40 for a package that never showed up

I paid $40 to have a package delivered to someone. It never got there. The tracking info just never updates at all. I have a screenshot of it.

August 5th was a weekday and I know the place was open. The next day was Friday, also a business day. So there's no reason it shouldn't have been delivered.

I've tried contacting them 5 times now and got no response at all.
