Order never shipped from Sharrb and now they won't reply

I placed an order on Sharrb.com and the item never got shipped. After 2 weeks of no response through email, I found their Instagram page and messaged them there. They actually responded and said the product was out of stock, even though the website said it was in stock and took my cash payment. Now it's been 5 weeks and they're not responding at all. I'm out $279.99 and just want my money back or the item I paid for.
