Paid for item but got fake tracking number from Facebook seller

I paid $80 for a product through Facebook. The seller gave me a USPS tracking number saying it was delivered to me, but it wasn't even my address.

The tracking info showed delivered somewhere else. I never got the item. The seller's email is [email protected] and their phone number is (740) 333-9054.

They just took the money and gave me a fake tracking number. I don't know what else to do about it.
