Broker never paid me for a delivery back in June

I delivered a load for these people back on June 8. Everything went fine, the cargo got there on time. That was over 90 days ago now and I still have not been paid the $4,805.50 they owe me.

I have tried emailing them and calling them. Nobody gets back to me. No effort at all to fix this or even explain what the holdup is.

The address I have for them is 1140 Wehrle Dr, Buffalo, NY 14221. Email is [email protected] and the phone is (916) 461-4440. Website is shipldi.com. Just want what I am owed for the work I did.
