Job offer from Shippinglab asking for W-9 form

I got contacted by someone from Shippinglab.us about a job. The phone number was (786) 361-7135 and the email was [email protected]. He started trying to get me to fill out a W-9 form.

I didn't give him my SSN. Something just didn't feel right about it. He gave me an address at 760 nw enterprise dr, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986 and I think it's fake. That company doesn't belong to him.

I'm glad I didn't fill anything out. Just wanted to put this out there.
