Poor quality clothes and no refund from Shop-Aid
Then I get an email saying I could either pay $12.99 for a replacement order to cover shipping, or take a partial refund of $10.99 and keep the junk. Like why would I want to keep stuff that doesn't fit and looks cheap? I lost $39.15 on this.
What's weird is at first I thought I was dealing with a different company and they said it wasn't them. I checked and let Shop-Aid know about it. Just really unsatisfied with the whole thing. Don't order from Shop-Aid. Support email is [email protected] if anyone wants to try them but I wouldn't bother.
