They advertise on Shop App but never sent my order

I ordered something through a seller advertising on the Shop App and paid $30. They never sent the product. Instead they kept sending me fake updates about the package from some fake shipper. The tracking info looked made up and never went anywhere. I paid $30 and got nothing. Just want to warn people about this seller on Shop App.
