Called back about a charge and they wanted remote access

I got some kind of alert from the Shop app about an order I didn't make. I called the number (888) 692-4076 to dispute it. The person on the line said they were cyber security for Shopify and that they would stop the order. Then they asked if they could remote into my phone to help me confirm.

I told them no way and hung up. Turned off my cards that were linked to the Shop app. Still not sure what that was about but it didn't feel right at all. They had my info somehow, which is annoying.
