Hair product gave me a reaction and now nobody will answer

I bought a hair product from this company and had a reaction to it so I wanted to return it. I sent emails and they all bounce back saying the recipient inbox is full. Every time I try, same message, [email protected] inbox is full. This has been going on for a week now.

Then I called their customer service number 844-425-3650 twice this week. It goes straight to voicemail every time. I leave a message and nobody ever calls me back.

This company is a total scam.
