Facebook ad with Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz that was not real

I saw this program on Facebook on 9/20/26 with Dr. Phil McCraw and Dr. Oz. It looked really convincing and was well presented. I didn't realize it was a scam until a few days later.

I never got an email or anything with their contact info. When I looked at my credit card account the only name was Shop Crestwell. I lost $139.93 on this.

Preauthorization hold from Shop Crestwell I never authorized

I noticed a charge on my debit card for $149.89 from something called Shop Crestwell. It says preauthorization hold and it expires on 2026-09-20.

I have no idea who this company is. I never bought anything from them. I never signed up for anything either.

Now there's a hold on my money and I can't do anything about it. I just want this removed.
