Car seat covers never came and seller only sends tickets
I also contacted Shop about this months ago. I tried putting the phone number from their website into a complaint form but it kept saying it wasn't a real number. Well I have called it and it works. +60 1112857612. Every time I file something on their website I get what they call tickets. They say they're going to get to me but never do. I've sent emails every month since February and nothing.
They had no problem taking my money but I never got a package or a message, just an email they call a ticket saying they are sending it or will get to me. Same email every time, never anything else. On my Shop account it shows I purchased the car seats but I'm still waiting for the package. Total lost was $41.99.
