Cat tree never arrived after months of emails

I ordered a cat tree from them and it never showed up. The tracking was through a different company and it just kept going in and out of a distribution center in Jacksonville. I emailed back and forth with a guy named James who kept saying he understood my frustration. He said he forwarded it to logistics and promised I would get the tree.

This started back on July 4th. It is now August 26th. Still nothing. I spent $40 on this. James stopped being helpful after a while and now I'm just stuck. No tree, no refund. The email I used was [email protected] and they're supposedly in UT but I have no idea if that's even real.
