Paid $50 on shophooma.com and never got my item

I ordered something from pay.shophooma.com and paid $50. The item never showed up. When I reached out to [email protected] they just kept giving me the runaround. Every time I asked where my order was, I got some excuse or was told to wait. No one ever actually helped me or sent the item. I just want my money back at this point.
