Social media survey for free cake turned into two charges

I saw an ad on social media saying I could win a bundle of Nothing Bundt Cakes if I did a survey and just paid the shipping. So I did the survey and put in my card info for the $9.99 shipping fee.

Then I see a pending charge for $9.99 from something called Shop Lumiere Home. But right after that, another charge for $99 showed up from Zign Pools. My bank flagged it as fraud and texted me. They denied the $99 charge and canceled my card. I'm glad they caught it but it was scary. I just wanted the cakes.
