Boots never came and refund was refused
On Sep 3 they sent me a "shipped" email with a USPS tracking number. But when I checked it, USPS had no record of it at all. Just said tracking not available. The boots never showed up.
I emailed them asking for a refund on Sep 20, Sep 29, and Oct 7. Every time they refused and just offered me a discount code and some third-party foreign return form instead. The contact person was "Emily Carter" at [email protected]. I looked it up and the domain was only registered on Jun 8, 2026. I've reported this to the FTC, Shopify, and the Minnesota Attorney General.
Ordered from shopurbanridge.com and lost $109
There's another site called Westmont that looks exactly the same, same products and same prices. That feels off to me.
It's frustrating that Google and Shopify don't have better guards in place to protect USA consumers.
