Phone number on shop app but no charge showing
I looked at my shop app and did not look like I was charged for anything. So I don't know what they were even calling about. The whole thing felt strange. I didn't give them any money or anything, but I still don't like getting calls like that.
Glasses that did not work and no refund
I contacted the company the same day I got them because I was not happy. Their website says they have a 30 day full refund money back guarantee if not completely satisfied for any reason. But when I asked for my refund they said they do not give full refunds on opened and used significantly product. I mean how else was I supposed to know if they worked? They offered me a partial refund but I refused. I sent them a screenshot of their refund policy but they still would not budge. They took my 34.99 and I have nothing but these cheap glasses.
