Gnomes I ordered came flat and cheap looking

I ordered the Buy 3 Get 1 Free Emotional Support Gnome set from shop.app. It was supposed to be 4 different gnomes, each with a word like Hope and Faith on them, and they were supposed to come in a gift bag with a card. They were around 3 inches tall. Cost me $50.08.

What showed up were 4 flat gnomes, maybe 1.5 inches long, made of something like plexiglass. Not worth $5 total. I emailed them at [email protected] and they said I could either keep them for an $11 refund or send them back to some foreign address in Mie, Japan for a $20 refund. The address on the package I got was from Cynthia XuMCH/KMG-ORD in Willowbrook, IL. I told them I want my full refund and haven't heard back since.
