Random package with one bead after ordering from a fake site

I ordered something from shop.cloudlo.com for $48. Later I found out the site was fake and it got taken down. I tried emailing them but the email address wasn't even valid.

Then I got a random package in the mail with just a little single bead inside. I'm not sure if it's related to that order but it seems suspicious. The address on it was 20 Haypress Rd Ste 313, Cranbury, NJ 08512.

I don't know what this bead is supposed to be or why I got it. Just wanted to report it.
