Ordered from Instagram ad and still no package after a month
I've emailed them more than once. They just keep saying it's shipping but they can't give me any tracking number. Then they said it's delayed because they have a high volume of orders. I paid 20 dollars and I just want my order or my money back. Getting pretty tired of the runaround.
Paid for order that never showed up and no refund
Now it's August 19th and still no package. I emailed them and they said the carrier is "having problems delivering" it. The carrier is here in Los Angeles and they've just been sitting on my order for 7 days now. That doesn't make sense to me.
I've asked them for a full refund and they keep coming up with excuses why they can't give me my money back. I just want my refund.
Ordered from Clovvy on Instagram and never got my stuff
I emailed them got a robot response. So I kept waiting. Emailed again same bogus text back and forth 6 times. The last 2 emails I sent got no response at all. Just silence. [email protected] is the address I used. Still nothing from them.
Ordered a coloring book a month ago and still nothing
The tracking is pretty minimal and it just says attempted delivery failed. But I've been home the entire time, so that doesn't make sense. I've tried contacting the company but they won't give me any responses at all. I'm out 20 bucks for nothing.
Coloring books ordered in June still not here
Every time I email them they just say the package is being held up in Newark. I live in NJ. It doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s been almost two months for coloring books. I just want my order or my money back.
