Coloring book order never showed up and bank statement shows a pet store
I got an email on August 7, 2026 saying they were on the way. Now it's almost October and nothing has arrived. When I looked at my bank statement the charge shows up as shopfurrivo57063482Tucson AZUS. If you google that it comes up as a pet store which makes no sense to me.
I'm going to call my bank tomorrow to try and get my money back. The email I have for them is [email protected].
Ordered onesies from a social media ad and never got them
They never showed up. I reached out to [email protected] asking for either a refund or to just send the product, and I never heard back from anyone.
Now I'm out the money and have no gift for my grandkids.
Ordered fans from Shopclovvy and never got them
I emailed them at [email protected] a bunch of times. First they gave me excuses, then they said they couldn't refund me because the items were en route. Now they just stopped answering altogether. Their address just says UT, USA. I'm pretty sure I got ripped off.
Ordered fans in July and still no delivery from shopclovvy
They keep sending me emails saying they are trying and how frustrating it is for them. But nothing has been fixed. It makes no sense. I don't even know what they are trying to do. I just want my fans or my money back. Still nothing.
Ordered from Instagram ad and still no package after a month
I've emailed them more than once. They just keep saying it's shipping but they can't give me any tracking number. Then they said it's delayed because they have a high volume of orders. I paid 20 dollars and I just want my order or my money back. Getting pretty tired of the runaround.
Paid for order that never showed up and no refund
Now it's August 19th and still no package. I emailed them and they said the carrier is "having problems delivering" it. The carrier is here in Los Angeles and they've just been sitting on my order for 7 days now. That doesn't make sense to me.
I've asked them for a full refund and they keep coming up with excuses why they can't give me my money back. I just want my refund.
Ordered from Clovvy on Instagram and never got my stuff
I emailed them got a robot response. So I kept waiting. Emailed again same bogus text back and forth 6 times. The last 2 emails I sent got no response at all. Just silence. [email protected] is the address I used. Still nothing from them.
Ordered a coloring book a month ago and still nothing
The tracking is pretty minimal and it just says attempted delivery failed. But I've been home the entire time, so that doesn't make sense. I've tried contacting the company but they won't give me any responses at all. I'm out 20 bucks for nothing.

Every time I email them they just say the package is being held up in Newark. I live in NJ. It doesn’t make any sense to me. It’s been almost two months for coloring books. I just want my order or my money back.
