Trading card shop website disappeared after I paid
About 6 hours after I made the purchase I went back to check on my order and the website was gone. Couldn't find it at all. The only email listed for the order was [email protected] which made me suspicious.
I'm not even going to try contacting the vendor directly. I just submitted a form on Shopify about it.
Subscription I never signed up for and no one will help
I emailed them at [email protected] a bunch of times trying to get someone to help me cancel it and get my money back. But they just keep passing me around or not answering. Nobody will point me to the right person. It’s been really frustrating. I just want this resolved.
