Website pretending to be Old Navy took my money

I ordered something from what I thought was Old Navy. It was on shopedikted.com. They made it look like the real store but it's not. They took $43.30 from me and I never got anything.

I tried to get my money back but there's no way to reach them. It's just a fake site pretending to be Old Navy. I want people to know this isn't the real store.

Order never showed up but they say it was delivered

I ordered from Shopedikted.com and never got my merchandise. I contacted them on 9-16-26 and they told me their tracking info showed my items were delivered that same day. But I never received anything.

I asked for a refund and for over two weeks all they keep telling me is they're doing an investigation with the logistics company. That's it. No refund, no items, nothing.

I just want my money back at this point. It was $35.07.
