They keep billing me after I said no to auto pay

I saw an ad online for this and thought I would give it a try. I made sure not to sign up for any auto payment thing, I declined that. Next thing I know they just kept sending stuff and billing me, sending and billing over and over.

I tried to cancel several times. Every time I call or reach out they just keep sending and keep billing me anyway. I have lost about $1000 from all of this.

Their phone number is (877) 354-7150 and the email is [email protected]. I just want it to stop.
