Instruction sheet says do not use if you have hypertension

I ordered this product online and when it arrived there was an instruction sheet that said do not use this product if you have hypertension. I have high blood pressure so I tried to follow the directions to get a return authorization. But none of the identifying information is correct. The phone number on the sheet just doesn't work. The website is phoney too. There seems to be no way to contact this firm at all. So now I'm going to try to get my credit card issuer to revoke my order. I paid $350 for this.
