Facebook ad for pet collagen with no way to get a refund
Then out of nowhere they sent me 3 more bottles that I never ordered or asked for. I went to the website that was on the fb ad and it just took me to Amazon?? That made no sense to me.
The packaging on the two bags I got shows a name Jim Lin at 415 S 7th Ave City of Industry CA 91746. I just want my money back for something that didn’t work and I didn’t even authorize the extra shipment.
