TikTok ad for ice maker that never showed up

I saw this ad on TikTok for an ice maker and the link took me to their site shophooma.com. It looked legit so I ordered one on 7/12/26. I paid $39.99 for it.

I never got the item. No tracking, no package, nothing. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but never heard back. The money is just gone. I don't know what else to do.

Ice maker from TikTok link never showed up

I clicked on a link from TikTok to buy an ice maker. It sent me to this website, https://shophooma.com/, and I bought it for $39.99 plus tax. On my credit card statement the charge shows up as "JM Grateful" which was weird.

About 10 days later I got an email from [email protected] with tracking info. The tracking was fake. First it said the gate code was wrong but I don't even have a gate. Then it said they tried to deliver and no one was home but I was home all day. Now it says the package was misrouted to an adjacent zone.

It's been over a month now and no ice maker. I've seen other people online saying the same thing happened to them so I know this is a scam. Lost $42.98 total.

Facebook ad for e-bike took my money and no email came

I was on Facebook and seen an advertisement for this e-bike and it was $79 so I got it. The final cost was $82.98. I just did it today but I haven't got no email or anything confirming it.

I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen. What do I do? I have screenshots of the whole thing. The website is shophooma.com.

TikTok purchase never showed up after months of waiting

I found this product on TikTok and decided to order it. That was over a month ago. I kept getting updates about "delivery attempts" but nothing ever actually showed up at my door. I think it said 5 or 6 times that they tried to deliver.

I contacted support through their email, [email protected], a few times. They said stuff but it didn't really help. They never gave me a real tracking number that worked. I tried looking it up on DHL, UPS, and FedEx but nothing came up under my info.

I paid $42.98 and got nothing for it. The website is shophooma.com. I just want my money back or the product.

Ordered camping chair on TikTok and never got confirmation

I ordered a camping rocking chair off TikTok for $29 from shophooma.com. After I put the order through I never got any email confirmation or anything. That’s when I figured this probably isn’t a legit site. Lost the $32.98 total with whatever fees they added on. The address they list is just NY, USA which doesn't tell me much. I never heard from them or got my chair.
