Website keeps charging me $39 a month and won't let me cancel
I've tried emailing [email protected] and nobody ever responds. I called (513) 201-3516 and sat on hold for over an hour, three different times, and no one ever picked up. There's a cancel button on the site but when you hit it nothing happens. It never confirms and it never cancels.
I've lost $119 so far. Their address shows 15645 Vandorf pl, Encino, CA 91436. I just want this to stop.
