Ordered a dish drainer and got charged twice

I ordered a dish drainer from SHOPNIVELLE.COM and they never sent it. Then I looked at my account and saw they charged me again. So I paid $70 total and got nothing for it. The address on their site says 2817 EPaseo LaTierraBue, Tucson, AZ. I just want my money back but there is no way to get ahold of anyone.
