Charged monthly for eye patches I never got

I ordered the Novalift under eye patches from their website. That was months ago and I still never got the product. Then I noticed I kept being charged $39.99 every month. I looked into it and found out I was in some kind of "membership" thing. I cancelled it twice already. But they charged me for 4 months straight and I have nothing to show for it. Total came to about $159.96. I called the number on my statement, (855) 982-2929, but it doesn't seem to matter. Still getting charged.

Ordered under eye patches once but they keep charging me

I ordered some under eye patches from shopnovalift.com. It was supposed to be a one time purchase, that’s what the website showed. But now they are charging me every month. I don’t have a subscription or anything. I just wanted the one order. They took $79.98 from me so far.

I tried looking at the site again and it still just shows a one time order. No subscription option or anything. I don’t know how to stop it. The phone number they have is (515) 333-2323 and the address is in Iowa. I haven’t gotten any reply from them.
