Subscription charge I never signed up for

There's a recurring debit of $31.95 coming out for a subscription I never asked for. I don't remember signing up for anything like this.

I emailed them at [email protected] and got nothing back. The phone number they list, 1(307) 218-6416, is disconnected when I try it. Their site is shopvitapeak.com and the address just says FL, USA.

So it looks like my only option now is to cancel my debit card as of 9/17/26.
