Ordered over a month ago and still no product
I paid $12 for this and I still don't have my order. I've tried reaching out to [email protected] but nothing gets resolved. They just keep saying the same thing about attempted delivery.
It's been over a month now. I just want my product or my money back.
Dish drainer order never showed up after weeks of waiting
They told me it was going through “customs” and it could take a while. The tracking number they gave me showed it actually made it to my state here in Oklahoma, and then the tracking just disappeared. I have contacted them weekly since then, and every time they just say it’s “on its way”. It’s been a long time now and I still don't have it. They also have a phone number listed as (903) 782-4933 but I've only used email. I'm out 25.68 dollars for something that never came.
