Website took my money and won't answer emails

I ordered from shopvivly.com and paid $54. My order number is 6031. I have emailed them MANY times at [email protected] and I keep getting vague replies like "oh we will look into it" and then nothing happens. No refund, no product, nothing. It's been really frustrating because they just keep stringing me along with these empty promises and I don't know what else to do at this point.
