Paid $329 on ShopVoltVault and never got my order
Same day I got an automated confirmation saying payment was confirmed, got my 329 USDC on Base for order VV-VUNY26 (Switch 2), and that it checked out on-chain. They told me to reply with my full ship-to address and they'd pack it and send tracking. I sent my address like they asked.
Since then nothing. No tracking, no response to five emails, two texts, or one phone call. The phone number on their contact page comes up as inactive with the service provider. I also sent a notice that I might report this to Ecautious.com and that wasn't acknowledged either.
