Woman on Signal app said she liked me and asked for money

I met this woman on the Signal app. She said she liked me and we talked for a while. Then she started asking me to send money for things and for her kids.

I sent her money so she could fly here. I also sent money for clothes and a VIP card. I sent the VIP card money twice. All together I lost $24,000.

She was supposedly in New Orleans, LA. I don't really know who she is. It was all through Signal.
