Fake website using our company name and taking orders

I work for a company called Signature Housewares Inc. We've had three different consumers contact us asking where their order is. We had no record of any order from any of them. So we asked where they ordered from and all three came back with the same website, signaturehousewaresdirect.com.

We do not sell to signaturehousewaresdirect. Nobody here has ever heard of them. When I looked into it myself, the address they list is obviously fake. It says Chicago, NY, but the zip code is for Pennsylvania, and the phone number is a Tennessee number that's disconnected. The email on the site is [email protected] and the address is 596 Park Dr, Chicago, NY 15888.

People are losing money over this, at least $20 that I know of, and they're calling us thinking we took their order. We had nothing to do with it. I just want to find a way to get this site shut down.
