Calls about a loan I don't remember taking out

I kept getting calls and a robo voice would say this is an attempt to collect a debt and to call the number back. So I finally called them. They told me I took out a loan on 12/9/19 and made one payment on 1/5/2020 and nothing after that. They said I could pay the $635.99 right on the phone or they would send the balance with interest to collections and it would hit my credit report. The amount was over $3000.

They had my mailing address, my social security number and my drivers license number. That part really bothered me. I ended up just paying the $635.99. I got an email receipt from [email protected] and the phone number was (877) 348-0779.
