Pop up ad for silky pants took my money

I ordered some silky pants for women back on Sept 8th. It was from one of those pop up ads. The deal was $29.99 for 12 pairs in different colors. With tax and shipping it came to $45.00 total.

I paid the $45.00 and that was it. Never got the pants. The address on this thing just says MT, USA. No real company name anywhere.

It was an online purchase and I'm out $45.00. Just wanted to put this out there.
