TikTok ad order never arrived and no refund
They kept telling me it was delivered but it wasn't. I live in a rural area, someone is always home and I have a camera facing the driveway. They told me to check with my neighbors. I asked for photo proof of delivery or even the name of the delivery company and they never gave me that info. They said they would reship the order and then again claimed it was delivered when it wasn't. Now they are just delaying my refund. I've had to contact my attorney about this. I lost 43 dollars on this.
