Ad for a 61 Impala but they refused a video call

I found this 1961 Chevy Impala listed on their site, sky1auto.com. The ad looked fine so I put in my contact info, hoping to get a call about it. A guy named Toby or Cody called me, I couldn't really tell because of his accent. He sent me a YouTube link showing the car. The video had comments turned off which struck me as a little odd but I wasn't sure.

So I called him back and asked if we could do a live video call, or if I could have a mechanic go look at the car in person. He flat out refused both. Wouldn't do the video, wouldn't let a third party inspect it. Then he just hung up when I kept pushing for some kind of verification. His cell number is 3035788951 and the main line is (720) 428-2618. The address on the site is 9270 Federal Boulevard, Denver. Just seemed really shady to me that he wouldn't let anyone verify the car.
