Rental lady took my money and stopped answering

Me and my sons was looking for a place to live and this lady reached out to me. She promised me that I would get the house. I sent her a 100 application fee, 250 for partial rent and 600 security deposit. That's 850 total.

I never stepped a foot on the premises but she kept giving me the run around. I asked for my money back and now she won't respond to me at all. Now I'm looking at eviction because she fraud or scam me. I have all the messages that we text but I can't upload them. Her phone is (413) 214-1756 and her email is [email protected].
