Ordered honey in February and still nothing

I ordered honey from Sleepy Bear Honey back in February and I still have not received it. We are in September 2026 now. At first they said they were backlogged because there were too many sales. They promised if I waited until they got caught up, till the end of February, they would add another bottle of honey to my original order for free. I haven't heard anything back from any of the emails I sent telling them I never got my order. Very disappointed.

Ordered honey online and got nothing but silence

I ordered from Sleepy Bear Honey and never got the product. I've written to them over 15 times now asking for either the honey or my money back. Nothing. Not the product, not a refund, not even a reply.

I paid $29 for this. I've tried their email [email protected] and still nothing. Their website is sleepy bear honey and they're supposedly out of Johnsville in the Mohawk Valley region of NY. At this point I just want my money back.
