No tracking info from slimade.store and no reply

I ordered a product from slimade.store on 9/24/26. By 10/5 I still had not gotten any shipping info so I emailed them asking about my order status. They replied saying it was on its way to my local USPS facility. That was it. No tracking details or anything.

I emailed back asking for a tracking number and the date it was shipped. Never got a response since 10/6. So I emailed again asking for a refund since I'm clearly not getting this item. Still nothing.

I don't want others to get scammed by this site.
