Website looks like a real store but no order number in system

I ordered from slimsodapowder.com and paid $309.97. When I tried to get a refund, they sent me a link to their customer support. But when I contacted them, they said there was no such order number in their system.

It seems like they copied a real business website. Everything looks legit until you actually need help. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor on the phone, they just hung up on me. The phone number they use is (323) 286-0109.
