Paw Patrol toy came tiny and off-brand
When I tried to return it, they kept offering me different percentages back. First 10%, then 20%, then 30%. I never got any money back from that. Then I saw a charge for $29.99 on my credit card that I didn't recognize. I tried calling the phone number on the site, 1(917) 341-2098, but nobody ever picked up.
I sent an email to [email protected] and they told me my purchase came with a membership that was free for 20 days before charges started. I never confirmed that during checkout and never got a confirmation email about it like other memberships do. I asked for a refund again and they only offered 30% back. I didn't trust it since I never got the other refund they promised. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. This whole thing feels predatory.
