Ordered a kids costume and got something I couldn't use
Then I started getting 29.99 payment attempts on my Apple Cash card. When I tried to contact them, the person on the other end said this is possibly a scam, hang up now. That was it.
It's close to Halloween and I can only imagine how many people are going to get scammed by these people. The system won't even let me upload what I ordered and what I actually received, or the list of times they've tried to take money out of my account. Their number is 1(203) 713-9171 and they're out of Milford, CT.
Damaged item and no return allowed from slumberkiddies
When I asked about a refund they said I had to pay international shipping costs but they wouldn't tell me how much that would be. Then they charged me an extra $29.99 that I never authorized. I already reported that to my credit card company. The merchant claims to be in Wisconsin but it's really a company out of Asia. Buyer beware.
