Smart Hub pretended to be my power company payment platform

I was setting up a new account with what I thought was my power company and Smart Hub pretended to be their payment platform. They even had my meter number and account number from my power company, so it looked completely real. The power company told me this is a common scam they see and that Smart Hub uses fake websites that look just like local power company sites. They said several other people have been targeted and lost money to this company too.

I lost $413. When you call Smart Hub they offer to refund your money but then ask for more identifying info to do it. They're listed online as a website design company and when you ask about that they say they have lots of different companies and the web design is just one, and that's what shows up on billing statements.
