Voicemail offering a business credit line with no company name

Got a voicemail from someone named Emily Carter at the "SMB credit Insurance team." She said she was looking at my business profile and I was eligible for a credit line up to $185,000. Said I should call back at 844-515-0578 because other business owners are getting money now while it's still available.

The caller ID showed two numbers, (502) 462-8162 and (270) 434-6420. But the number she left to call back was different. I don't even have a business. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange.
