Charged 19.96 for Smile Guard I never ordered
My guess is it had something to do with a call I got and returned from the Fraud unit. I deny ever ordering anything from Smile Guard. I got a welcome email from them but I never subscribed. I don't know if someone impersonated me or what. The debit card was in my possession the whole time, I never gave it to anyone or lent it out.
I'm greatly inconvenienced and now have to get a new card. I know 19.96 doesn't sound like much but I still want a refund from the company. I'm skeptical I'll get one though. I wonder if someone just had random ability to use my card number. I don't know.
