Blind boxes from mall kiosk turned out fake

I was at the mall looking for those popular Smiski blind boxes. I found a kiosk selling them so I bought some. When I opened the boxes the figures were fake. Pieces were falling apart and the colors and material were completely different from the real ones. I spent $43 on these and they are not the real thing at all. The kiosk was in Denver, CO.
