Paid $47 on PayPal and never got my order

I ordered something from Smith and woofers and paid $47 through PayPal. Never got the product. I tried contacting them multiple times and got nothing back. It's based in Virginia I think. Just want my money back at this point.

Package delivered to Georgia but I live in North Carolina

I ordered something from Smith and Woofers and got an email yesterday saying it was delivered to Roswell Georgia 30075 and signed for. I live in Concord, NORTH CAROLINA. All my correspondence shows Concord NC as the ship to address. So how did it end up in Georgia?

I didn't buy the delivery insurance and now under their returns they say they don't reimburse for lost or undelivered product. There's no way to call them or email them either. I'm out $42.99 and have no product.
